Customs clearance in ATLAS and DMS

The customs software Xcust enables direct and unbureaucratic data exchange with the ATLAS customs system in Germany and the DMS customs system in the Netherlands. The following functions are integrated:

Xcust for ATLAS

Xcust enables certified communication with the data centers of the German customs authorities. Customs-relevant data, such as goods details, goods values, customs tariff numbers, container information, etc., is taken from an order entry system (ERP), processed according to ATLAS and transmitted to the customs data center. Answers generated by customs are taken over, forwarded to the appropriate process in the order entry system and made transparent for the user.

The following procedures are supported:

  • Input- Output SumA (EAS) [ENI, EXS]
  • Transit procedure (NCTS) [DEP, DES, GUA, TRQ]
  • Free traffic (normal procedure for import) [ZBE, ZBV]
  • Inward Processing (simplified and normal procedure) [AAV, AVV, AAE, AVE]
  • Summarized declaration (SumA) [SAN, SAV, SAT, SVM, SAE, SAS, SKO, SWV, SKM]
  • Export (AES) [EXP, EXT, EXQ]
  • Customs Bond Completion Information [LBE]

Xcust for DMS

Xcust enables certified direct communication with the data centers of the Dutch customs authorities. Customs-relevant data, such as goods details, goods values, customs tariff numbers, container information, etc., is taken from an order entry system (ERP), processed according to DMS and transmitted to the customs data center. Answers generated by customs are taken over, forwarded to the appropriate process in the order entry system and made transparent for the user.

The following procedures are supported:

  • DMS (Import, Export, I2A)
  • Transit procedure NCTS
  • ECS (Export Control System)
  • Comfort Information
